How can I request a refund for a canceled or unused booking?

We understand that circumstances can change, and if you need to cancel a booking or request a refund, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness for all our customers.
Here is our cancellation policy:
If you request a cancellation and refund 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the pickup time, we offer a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Unfortunately, no refund will be provided if you cancel within 12 hours of the pickup time or fail to show up for the ride.
We kindly request that you contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking and request a refund. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you in initiating the refund based on the applicable refund percentage according to the cancellation policy.
Please note that the refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the booking, and the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
