I had a great experience with Imperial Ride, from booking until drop off at the airport. I had trouble with an initial booking, and the staff were very quick to respond to my inquiries. The morning of my booking, the staff also contacted me to ask if it was okay to push back my pick up time, which was totally fine as I had booked with the intent of arriving to the airport very early in case of traffic. My chauffeur still arrived early for the new pick up time and allowed me to settle in the car while she and the hotel staff assisted with my luggage. Once in the car, the ride was very smooth and quick to Heathrow. Thank you to all at Imperial Ride for a quick and smooth process. I’ll be sure to recommend this service to others!
