We had an excellent 10 to 12 hour tour of Central London. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. We visited all the major landmarks and learned fascinating facts and history about each location. The itinerary was well planned, with plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. It was a fantastic way to discover the best of London, and we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city.
Our experience with Imperial Ride UK was nothing short of exceptional, a true expression of modern chauffeur-driven elegance. From the very first moment the BMW i7 Hybrid arrived, there was an undeniable sense of presence. It doesn’t simply pull up, it arrives. Effortlessly refined, quietly commanding, and immaculately presented, it set the tone for the entire evening. The rear-seat experience was where the magic truly unfolded. I had an amazing experience with imperial ride from Essex to Glasgow with stefan, he went out his way for myself and for my kids and also my dog . Couldn’t fault the service I was provided with at all stefan was great and I would highly recommend him I have had chauffeur before not this company and they have never really spoken or been nice to my kids so 5 star all round!!!

I had such a great experience with imperial ride . From the moment I booked, everything was so easy and stress free. My chauffeur arrived early, was friendly and professional, and even helped with my luggage without me having to ask. The car was immaculate and incredibly comfortable it really made the journey feel special. The driver knew the best routes to avoid traffic, so we arrived on time without any rush. It’s rare to find a service that’s this reliable and genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I’ll definitely be using them again!

For both my arrival into Heathrow and my trip back to Heathrow from downtown London, Imperial Ride was flawless. Good communication, friendly driver (Homaira was amazing), meticulously on time and a flawlessly clean car. I have not used them prior to this trip but they will be my go-to from now on when I'm in the London area

wow, I have been using taxis now in London for weekly airport rums for a good number of years, this is my first time using imperial ride and they were absolutely fabulous. They drove me from Manchester to London, it was in a beautiful new BMWI 750 and the driver was absolutely fabulous. I will use them for all my rides going forward.
I had a great experience with Imperial Ride, from booking until drop off at the airport. I had trouble with an initial booking, and the staff were very quick to respond to my inquiries. The morning of my booking, the staff also contacted me to ask if it was okay to push back my pick up time, which was totally fine as I had booked with the intent of arriving to the airport very early in case of traffic. My chauffeur still arrived early for the new pick up time and allowed me to settle in the car while she and the hotel staff assisted with my luggage. Once in the car, the ride was very smooth and quick to Heathrow. Thank you to all at Imperial Ride for a quick and smooth process. I’ll be sure to recommend this service to others!
We booked the Range Rover Autobiography car with Imperial Ride for our wedding car. The service was exceptional. The car was very clean, luxurious and nicely decorated. The driver was very friendly and patient. He arrived on time and was easily available to contact for the duration of our booking. The booking process was very easy and straightforward. The night before the wedding we were provided with the driver's contact information and it was all seamless. I would definitely use Imperial Ride again and recommend them to family and friends. Flawless experience. I booked a private ride to get us from London to a hotel in the Cotswolds. The company confirmed the rides a day before via email and text. The cars were very clean. I especially want to mention our second driver Mr. Asghari who even provided an IPhone charger, Mints, water and tissues and let us choose our music on the three hour drive. Very pleasant experience, would 100% book again.

Imperial Ride’s Chauffeur service was very professional in every way. They contacted me before each service to and from the airport and provided the name and contact details of the driver. They even provided the vehicle details and number plate which is great for security purposes. They were punctual and assisted us with the multiple pieces of luggage that we had. Great service end to end. Used their service for pickup from home and drop off to Heathrow including support service to take luggage to check-in. My family was travelling with kids and I needed a full end to end service. The driver was very communicative, called in few days in advance to discuss requirements and provided all the information and cost m. On the day he was on-time and delivered the service as expected. First class service! The driver was pleasant and friendly, and I enjoyed my journey from the airport to my home despite the fact that it was during a busy weekday early morning rush hour. The car Mercedes-Benz E - Class was comfortable, and the driver drove safely and efficiently using the satellite navigator. He dropped me off at the entrance door of my home (which was not convenient for him to do) so that I didn't have to walk even for one minute carrying heavy luggage. Thank you very much! Excellent customer service from hiring the cars to the service on the day. The cars were clean inside and out and the drivers were professional throughout. After searching for a while I can honestly say this company was the most reasonably priced. We hired two S class Mercedes they had all turned up at the same time and much earlier than we had booked. Definitely will use again and also recommend to friends and family.

I recently booked my first ride with Imperial Ride in the Rolls Royce Phantom for my family and teen. The customer support was superb, and every question I threw at them, they answered! Our driver, Farooq, was extremely professional, and although he couldn't park directly outside our house, I received a call shortly explaining where he was parked. The drive went very smoothly without any delays, and I got the destination in a quicker time than I thought! Don't look anywhere else to book your chauffeur for any special occasion!

I've used this service several times recently to ferry my parents who are in their 90s from Yorkshire to London and back again. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and the service provision has been faultless, professional and really pleasant. A big thank you in particular to Mohammed who has just ferried Mum and Dad both ways over the last 12 days.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Imperial Ride - easy to book, quick to respond. We booked a long journey and the car was pristine, the driver excellent. Couldn't have asked for anything more, would definitely recommend.
Recently used Imperial for 4 separate journeys and all were great. I have a relative that booked around the same time and that didn't go so well -- initially driver didn't meet them inside LHR but their office fixed this, then he took them through central London to get to Greenwich on the day the Queen was lying in state, took over 2 hours. Since I can't give 4.5 stars I'll round up because you can't always expect perfection but generally they are very good.

Fantastic transport service. Arrived 4 hours later than scheduled. Was concerned I’ll miss the transport, called the service number notifying of my delay. Response was “no worries Sir, we’re monitoring your flight and arrival time”. Arriving after midnight and very correct the driver was waiting in the arrival hall. Booking process easy and fast.
