Exzellenter Chauffeur-Service Wir waren mit dem Service rundum zufrieden. Der Chauffeur war pünktlich, professionell und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Fahrzeug war makellos und äußerst luxuriös. Thank you Imperial Cars for the seamless booking of your fantastic wedding car and the 7 seater van for my daughter's big day. All went very well on the day. Both vehicles were high spec and in immaculate condition. Our drivers Israrullah and Amir were punctual, courteous and pleasant and everyone, especially the bride, enjoyed the short drive to the wedding venue in Roehampton.

Flawless experience. I booked a private ride to get us from London to a hotel in the Cotswolds. The company confirmed the rides a day before via email and text. The cars were very clean. I especially want to mention our second driver Mr. Asghari who even provided an IPhone charger, Mints, water and tissues and let us choose our music on the three hour drive. Very pleasant experience, would 100% book again.

I had a great experience with Imperial Ride, from booking until drop off at the airport. I had trouble with an initial booking, and the staff were very quick to respond to my inquiries. The morning of my booking, the staff also contacted me to ask if it was okay to push back my pick up time, which was totally fine as I had booked with the intent of arriving to the airport very early in case of traffic. My chauffeur still arrived early for the new pick up time and allowed me to settle in the car while she and the hotel staff assisted with my luggage. Once in the car, the ride was very smooth and quick to Heathrow. Thank you to all at Imperial Ride for a quick and smooth process. I’ll be sure to recommend this service to others!

Imperial Ride’s Chauffeur service was very professional in every way. They contacted me before each service to and from the airport and provided the name and contact details of the driver. They even provided the vehicle details and number plate which is great for security purposes. They were punctual and assisted us with the multiple pieces of luggage that we had. We will definitely use them again on our next visit to London.

We booked the Range Rover Autobiography car with Imperial Ride for our wedding car. The service was exceptional. The car was very clean, luxurious and nicely decorated. The driver was very friendly and patient. He arrived on time and was easily available to contact for the duration of our booking. The booking process was very easy and straightforward. The night before the wedding we were provided with the driver's contact information and it was all seamless. I would definitely use Imperial Ride again and recommend them to family and friends. I've used this service several times recently to ferry my parents who are in their 90s from Yorkshire to London and back again. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and the service provision has been faultless, professional and really pleasant. Great service end to end. Used their service for pickup from home and drop off to Heathrow including support service to take luggage to check-in. Having been using their service for years and as usual the communication is excellent in these times of flights being erratic. The drivers are impeccable and the car sanitizer clean. We were relaxed to know that this was a safe ride.

We were a party of 10 and wanted to travel together to London & back - from the initial enquiry to return home, Imperial Ride were consummate professionals; everyone involved in the booking was friendly & efficient, we were given several options and the driver was very punctual, courteous & helpful. Highly recommend, we were all impressed by their amazing customer focussed experience & would definitely use again.
Recently used Imperial for 4 separate journeys and all were great. I have a relative that booked around the same time and that didn't go so well -- initially driver didn't meet them inside LHR but their office fixed this, then he took them through central London to get to Greenwich on the day the Queen was lying in state, took over 2 hours. Since I can't give 4.5 stars I'll round up because you can't always expect perfection but generally they are very good.
We used Imperial Ride for our small wedding in London to transport guests from chapel to restaurant and we could not fault them. Their communication was great and they arrived in plenty time of our booking, our whole experience with them was great and we would highly recommend.

First class service! The driver was pleasant and friendly, and I enjoyed my journey from the airport to my home despite the fact that it was during a busy weekday early morning rush hour. The car Mercedes-Benz E - Class was comfortable, and the driver drove safely and efficiently using the satellite navigator. He dropped me off at the entrance door of my home (which was not convenient for him to do) so that I didn't have to walk even for one minute carrying heavy luggage. Thank you very much! First class experience with driver Abdul 'Sammy' this week. Booked as comfortable transport home for my husband and I after a hospital procedure. Sammy took such great care of us both, nothing was too much trouble and he had some wonderful words of comfort for my husband - all very much appreciated.
Excellent customer service from hiring the cars to the service on the day. The cars were clean inside and out and the drivers were professional throughout. After searching for a while I can honestly say this company was the most reasonably priced. We hired two S class Mercedes they had all turned up at the same time and much earlier than we had booked. Definitely will use again and also recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic transport service. Arrived 4 hours later than scheduled. Was concerned I’ll miss the transport, called the service number notifying of my delay. Response was “no worries Sir, we’re monitoring your flight and arrival time”. Arriving after midnight and very correct the driver was waiting in the arrival hall. Booking process easy and fast. I recently booked my first ride with Imperial Ride in the Rolls Royce Phantom for my family and teen. The customer support was superb, and every question I threw at them, they answered! Our driver, Farooq, was extremely professional, and although he couldn't park directly outside our house, I received a call shortly explaining where he was parked. The drive went very smoothly without any delays, and I got the destination in a quicker time than I thought! Don't look anywhere else to book your chauffeur for any special occasion!
