Which entrance does my chauffeur use — London Bridge Street or St Thomas Street?

For most transfers we default to St Thomas Street on the southern side of the building, which is less congested than the London Bridge Street approach during morning and evening peaks. The hotel's main entrance lobby is accessible from both sides. If you are heading to London Bridge station on foot, the London Bridge Street drop is marginally closer — specify this at booking and we will brief the driver.

Does the Congestion Charge apply for journeys from Shangri-La The Shard?

The Shard sits within the Congestion Charge Zone. The charge (currently Â£15 per day, Mon–Fri 7am–6pm, Sat–Sun 12pm–6pm) is included in your quote when it applies. All Imperial Ride vehicles are ULEZ-compliant at no extra charge.
